Delete from the app
- Withdraw any remaining wallet balance to your bank account. Accounts with a balance can't be deleted.
- Open OnePlug Pay and go to Account → Delete Account.
- Enter your transaction PIN to confirm.
Your account is closed immediately and you are signed out on all devices.
Can't access the app?
Email support@oneplug.app from the email address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We'll verify your identity and confirm once your account is deleted.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted or anonymized: your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, address, identity details (such as your NIN and ID number), ID document and selfie images, PIN, and password. We never store your BVN.
- Kept: records of completed transactions (amounts, dates, and references), because financial regulations require us to retain them. They are no longer linked to your name or contact details.
